Good value budget inn, I liked the rooms on top floor better - quiet and clean and very short walk to time sq and easy access to everything in kl
No fridge in room and linen could do with an upgrade but it's still good value for central kl

Location! Very friendly & helpful staff! Price is ok!
Facilities are not so good! The sink is stuck & nearly broken down! No lift! Amenities are poor ( only towel & soap)!

it is generally ok for the price I paid. it is also very close to shopping area (Times Square) and monorail (Imbi Station).
I was supposed to check in at 6pm and I arrived on time. however, I was delayed by about 30 mins before given a room.

This hotel's staff services were good, they are friendly, nice and helpful. Hotel room are clean but quite small. Location is good especially the people like to shopping at Times Square (Only walk around 5 minutes can arrive).
Room noise is quite bad actually.

I like the location of this hotel. It was quite nearby Berjaya Times Square. It just took you 10 to 20 minutes by walking to shopping area likes Berjaya Times Square, Plaza Low Yat, Sungei Wang and others. The surrounding of this hotel was quite quiet compare with the hotels at Jalan Alor. Overrall, I highly recommended this hotel to the person who likes budget hotel.
I disliked the smell at the room which I booked from them. It was quite a strong smell after smoking. In fact, they need to change their window curtains too. It looks dirty. The staffs at this hotel may do proper cleaning process after the guest left their room.

Hotel was clean but very basic. Location was the only plus point.
Very basic hotel, good enough for low budget and backpackers. No elevators though our room was on third floor and no one to help you with your luggage. Family room that I took was very small and toilet built within without any roof, if someone went to toilet then everyone had to go out of the room due to smell and sound. They charged me for extra bed but there was no place for the extra bed in the room. And my room supposed to be the biggest and the best. Very poor and I would not recommend it to any family. I booked a taxi from them at 7 in the morning and when I changed it to 6.30 in the morning then charged me more. Best avoided.

the location is good..even at night the sound of karaoke bar so noisy ... this hotel only good for back packer or single traveller... i stay there with my mum and sister...really was a big mistake
the receptionist not friendly, only the 1st receptionist was friendly, the others no. the room dirty and they not clean the room, unless u ask them to do that. at night so noisy, because lots of bar and the police sirene. for people who only eat halal food, need to have meal in mall, cz all the hawker there not provide halal food.

Walking distance from basically everywhere. You can easily reach the Monorail Station at Imbi (Time Square), and from there, kl Sentral.

Kind staff, good location in the heart of Bukit Bintang in kl, close to shopping malls and night life.
Small room, even if I felt confortable. Sometimes could be noisy at night because the night life.

Ofcourse Price. It is very near to main Bukit Bintang market. Room was big and it was clean too. No disturbance from outside market / road.
It was difficult to find the room from the directions. Had to walk a lot from bb monorail station and finally had to pay for taxi to reach to the hotel. Even the Google map was showing wrong directions.
